
Scheduling/Billing

All scheduling, billing, & make-ups must be handled by the Star Music Company manager.

Tuition is paid at the time of enrollment. Future payments are due monthly thereafter.

Cancellation of a lesson is not justification for non-payment.

Students will be assessed a $20.00 late fee if payement is not recieved within 3 business days of the due date.

Lesson times cannot be guaranteed for students who are more than 60 days past due.
Policies
Attendance/Cancelations/Make-ups

Make-up lessons will be available for students who give notice before close of the prior business day of the scheduled lesson.

Make-up lessons must be rescheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson.

No refunds, credits, or make-up lessons will be given for unexcused abscences.

If the student misses a make-up lesson, another make-up will not be offered.

Prorated tuition is offered to students who are unable to reschedule a lesson within 30 days.

No make-ups are offered for a lesson that falls on a major holiday.

If you plan to withdraw from the Star Music Academy, we ask that you please provide us a 30 day notice.
